We stretched, ran a mile, then we did stadiums, then we did snakes, and we had various arm workouts in between this! I felt so good afterwards. The only problem is that I have it first period so I had to attack myself with deodorant, and redo my makeup after wards. Why do people encourage this stuff? We&amp;#8217;ve gotten to the point were girls are intentionally starving themselves just to lose weight! You shouldn&amp;#8217;t WANT to have an eating disorder!
