I feel like shit.

Sorry I haven’t posted in ages guys. I’ve been really busy with work and school and friends, but I got on the scale today and I had gained so much freaking weight… I was so shocked. I weight 161 again… I’m ashamed, so wether I have time or not I’m starting my fitblr up again. I need all the help from the fitblr community I can get!

My weightlifting class is awesome.

So my weightlifting class isn’t really weightlifting, it’s more like gym in general, but it’s the best thing ever! We stretched, ran a mile, then we did stadiums, then we did snakes, and we had various arm workouts in between this! I felt so good afterwards. The only problem is that I have it first period so I had to attack myself with deodorant, and redo my makeup after wards. SO EXCITED FOR WEIGHTLIFTING TOMORROW! 

Why do people intentionally try to have an eating disorder!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

So I was scrolling through my dash today and I saw someone saying they were going to start the abc diet (ana boot camp diet) needless to say I unfollowed them because I don’t want to be following someone who is promoting girls to starve themselves. Why do people encourage this stuff? We’ve gotten to the point were girls are intentionally starving themselves just to lose weight! You shouldn’t WANT to have an eating disorder! Eating disorders destroy your body.  Through proper diet and exercise you can ALWAYS get the body you want!
